Dear Fellow Georgian:

I have been honored to serve our State as a judge for the past 27 years and am particularly proud of my 15 years as a justice on the Georgia Supreme Court.

As I seek reelection in 2012, I make only two promises. First, I will continue to judge every case fairly and impartially and to base my decisions on the rule of law. Second, I will continue to work as hard as humanly possible to fulfill my constitutional obligations.
